General

IY WORK is a platform that connects employers directly with candidates, eliminating intermediaries to make hiring faster and more transparent.

For candidates, using the platform is completely free. Employers can choose from various subscription plans and credit options to post vacancies and contact candidates.

You can change the language using the language switcher located in the top right corner of the page. We support English, Czech, and Ukrainian.

If you have any issues, please reach out to our support team via the contact form or email us at support@iywork.com.

You can delete your account permanently in the 'Settings' > 'Account' section. Please note that this action is irreversible.

For Candidates

First, create and complete your candidate profile. Then browse the 'Vacancies' section, find a job that matches your skills, and click the 'Apply' button.

Make sure your profile is 100% complete, including a photo, detailed work experience, and relevant skills. Verified profiles also get more attention.

Our system may suggest your profile to employers for vacancies similar to those you've applied for, increasing your chances of finding a job.

Yes, we take data privacy seriously. Your contact details are only shared with employers when you apply for a job or if an employer unlocks your profile using credits.

Yes, you will receive notifications about application statuses and relevant opportunities via email and in-app notifications.

For Employers

Go to Profile Settings > Verification. You will need to provide your business details (ICO/DIC for Czech companies) and contact information. Verified companies gain more trust from candidates.

We offer flexible pricing with subscriptions for 7, 15, or 30 days. You can also purchase credits for specific actions. Check the 'Billing' tab in your dashboard for detailed pricing.

Standard vacancies are for regular full-time or part-time roles. Express vacancies are designed for urgent, short-term, or immediate start opportunities.

Yes, you can edit your active vacancies at any time from the 'My Vacancies' section in your dashboard. However, changing critical details might require re-moderation.

Credits are a virtual currency on our platform. They can be used to unlock candidate contact details without a full subscription or to promote your vacancies for better visibility.

When viewing a candidate's profile or application, click 'Unlock Contacts'. This will deduct credits from your balance or use your subscription limits if available.

Boosting moves your vacancy to the top of the search results and highlights it, ensuring maximum visibility. You can boost a vacancy using credits or subscription boosts.

We review all vacancies to ensure quality. Moderation usually takes less than 24 hours. You will be notified once your vacancy is approved.

You can view and download all your invoices in the 'Billing' > 'Transactions' tab in your dashboard.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time in the 'Billing' tab. Your benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
