Terms of Service

Welcome to IY WORK Platform ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

The platform is operated by IY WORK Platform s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

IY WORK provides a platform connecting job seekers ("Candidates") with companies ("Employers"). Employers can post job vacancies and search for candidates. Candidates can create profiles and apply for jobs. We act as an intermediary and are not a party to any employment contract between Employers and Candidates.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not: • Post false, misleading, or discriminatory content. • Harass or harm other users. • Use automated bots or scrapers to access the platform. • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

All content on the platform (excluding user-generated content) is the property of IY WORK or its licensors. By posting content (e.g., resumes, job descriptions), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the services.

Certain services for Employers may require payment (e.g., unlocking profiles). All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full credit card details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that Candidates will find employment or that Employers will find suitable candidates. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IY WORK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
